General Availability Date for the U.S. Government Environment: March 1, 2026

The following features are in preview in the AvePoint Cloud Governance insider environment, and they will be available in the commercial and U.S. Government environments on the general availability dates.

• You can now change site collection contact roles during a site collection renewal task by choosing a contact from existing site collection owners or users with full control permissions.

• A new shared mailbox renewal process is now available, allowing you to add or remove users and manage user permissions for the shared mailbox.

• Business users can now copy requests within Spaces in the new MyHub experience.

The following updates have been made to this user guide for this release:

• Updated the Start Renewal section for site collections.

• Updated the Start Renewal section for shared mailboxes.
