Renew Guest Users

    When your administrator enables the guest user renewal process and selects you as the renewal task assignee for the guest user, you will be responsible for reviewing and changing the guest user contact, guest user access, and guest user metadata.

    1. You can view the guest user renewal task in the following areas:

      • In the new MyHub experience > Tasks and to-dos, click Start task to access the task landing page.

      • In the legacy MyHub experience, you can find the task using one of the following methods, and click Renew guest user to start the renewal task:

        • On the Home page, navigate to the Confirmations section in your To-do list. The guest users who need your renewal are displayed. You can filter the tasks by Due date or Created date. Locate a guest user and click the view button to view the details of the guest user in a panel.

        • In the My tasks report, you can filter the tasks by Status, Task type, Due date, etc. Then, locate a guest user renewal task and click the summary to view the task details in a panel.

    2. On the Renewal overview page, follow the instructions in the Renew Overview and Start Renewal sections to complete the renewal process.
