Manage Your Requests

    To view all requests you’ve submitted, click Requests in the left pane. On the page, click a request summary to view details of the request in a panel. You can perform the following actions on a submitted request:

    • Copy request – Duplicate the existing request to make minor changes to submit it as a new request. Click the Copy request button and make your desired modifications.

    • Cancel request – When your request is not finished, you can cancel the request. Click the Cancel request button.

      Note the following:

      • Whether you can cancel your request is determined by your administrator’s configuration. If your administrator does not allow you to cancel requests, this button will not be available to you.

      • When a request whose status is In progress is canceled, the ongoing execution process that has already been initiated will not be interrupted, and some requested settings may be updated.
