Confirm Governance Details for Power Apps

    Your organization may have Power Apps that are created outside of AvePoint Cloud Governance. For these apps, they can be imported into AvePoint Cloud Governance so that they can be managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance.

    When a Power App is imported into AvePoint Cloud Governance via the automatic import process, and you are designated as the primary contact, you are responsible for confirming governance details for the app.

    1. You can view the Confirm Governance Details task in the following areas:

      • In the new MyHub experience > Tasks and to-dos, click Start task to access the task landing page.

      • In the legacy MyHub experience, you can find the task using one of the following methods, and click Confirm governance details to start the task:

        • On the Home page, navigate to the Confirmations section in your To-do list. The Power Apps that need your confirmation are displayed. You can filter the tasks by Due date or Created date. Locate an app and click the view button to view the details in the panel.

        • In the My tasks report, you can filter the tasks by Status, Task type, Due date, etc. Then, locate a task that needs your confirmation and click the summary to view the task details in the panel.

    2. On the Power App overview page, follow the instructions in the Power App Overview and Confirm Governance Details sections to confirm the governance details.
