Confirm Governance Details

    Complete the following steps:

    1. Contact – Review the current secondary app contact to check whether they are still correct. You can perform the following actions on the secondary contact. Note that the primary contact and secondary contact cannot be the same person.

      • Edit secondary contact – To edit the secondary contact, complete the following steps:

        1. Click Change contact.

        2. In the Update secondary contact panel, enter the name of a user to be the secondary contact, and then click Save to save your configurations.

          You can also choose a secondary contact from the existing owner and co-owners by clicking the add button, and the owner or co-owner you select will be the new secondary contact.

      • Add secondary contact – To add a new secondary contact, complete the following steps:

        1. Click Add secondary contact.

        2. In the Add secondary contact panel, enter the name of a user to be the secondary contact, and then click Save to save your configurations.

          You can also choose a secondary contact from the existing owner and co-owners by clicking the add button, and the owner or co-owner you select will be the secondary contact.

      • Remove secondary contact – To remove the secondary contact, click the remove button.

      If you want to clear all the contact changes that you made, click Reset all.

      When you finish, click Continue to proceed.

    2. Profiles – Select the renewal profile and contact election profile for the app.

      • Select a renewal profile – A renewal profile determines how frequently the Power App information is reviewed and confirmed. You can select a renewal profile for the app.

      • Select a contact election profile – A contact election profile defines the automated contact election process when the original primary or secondary app contact is deactivated.

      If you want to clear all the profile changes that you made, click Reset all.

      When you finish, click Continue to proceed.

    3. Metadata – If there is metadata applied to the Power App, enter or select metadata values.

    4. When you finish, click Submit.
