#Confirm Governance Details for Flows

Your organization may have Power Automate flows that are created outside of AvePoint Cloud Governance. For these flows, they can be imported into AvePoint Cloud Governance so that they can be managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance.

When a flow is imported into AvePoint Cloud Governance via the automatic import process, and you are designated as the task assignee, you are responsible for confirming governance details for the flow.

1. You can view the Confirm Governance Details task in the following areas:

   • In the new MyHub experience > Tasks and to-dos, click Start task to access the task landing page.

   • In the legacy MyHub experience, you can find the task using one of the following methods, and click Confirm governance details to start the task:

     • On the Home page, navigate to the Confirmations section in your To-do list. The flows that need your confirmation are displayed. You can filter the tasks by Due date or Created date. Locate a flow and click the view button to view the details in the panel.

     • In the My tasks report, you can filter the tasks by Request ID, Service/Profile, Due date, Modified time, etc. Then, locate a task that needs your confirmation and click the summary to view the task details in the panel.

2. On the Power Automate flow overview page, follow the instructions in the Power Automate Flow Overview and Confirm Governance Details sections to confirm the governance details.
