Export to PDFMy guest users report lists all AvePoint Cloud Governance managed guest users that you are responsible for as a primary or secondary contact, as well as their corresponding information. To access My guest users report, click My guest users on the left navigation panel.
In My guest users report, you can manage guest users with whom you are a primary or secondary contact for, and perform various actions on guest users. To better view and manage guest users as you require in the report, you can choose columns that you want to display in the report, sort and filter workspaces, and change the views of the report.
You can perform the following actions on guest users in My guest users report.
To view the detailed information on a guest user, click the name of a guest user. In the view details panel, you can view the detailed guest information, such as personal information and the user who invited the guest user.
To export the report, including information on guest users, select one or more guest users, and then click Export report on the ribbon. Then, an Excel file will be downloaded to include your selected guest users’ information.
For a guest user that has a pending renewal task and you are selected as the renewal task assignee, you will be responsible for reviewing and changing the guest user contact, guest user access, and guest user metadata.
To start the renewal process for a guest user that has a pending renewal task in the My guest user report, you can perform either of the following actions:
Select the guest user, and click then Renew guest user on the ribbon.
Click the guest user name, and then click Renewal guest user in the View details panel.
Then, you can complete the renewal process following the instructions in the Renew Overview and Start Renewal sections.
