  • Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS now supports backup and recovery for Entra External ID and Amazon S3:

    • Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS now supports protecting Entra External ID, enabling automated backup and granular recovery of customer-facing identity configurations and user data. As Microsoft transitions from Azure AD B2C to Entra External ID, this feature provides a critical safety net during and after migration, helping ensure configurations remain protected and recoverable.
    • Protect Amazon S3 data with automated discovery, immutable backups, and granular recovery options for S3 buckets to help ensure business continuity and protect critical AWS data.
  • When configuring the backup scope for VMware, you can now exclude specific virtual disks (VMDKs) from backup jobs to reduce cloud storage costs and meet strict legal compliance requirements.
  • The Microsoft Entra ID service has been enhanced to support Entra ID Express backup, enabling lightning-fast protection of directory objects.
  • Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS now supports adding Okta users and groups, and Google users and groups in Settings > User Management to grant permissions.
