#Manage Templates

You can manage templates in Profiles & templates in the Cloud Governance admin center. To access Profiles & templates, click Profiles & templates on the left navigation pane under Management. The templates can be selected in the AvePoint Cloud Governance service.

You can configure the following templates in the Cloud Governance admin center:

• Modern email templates

• Library templates

• Team templates

For more information on the template configuration, refer to the instructions in the corresponding section.

You can perform the following actions to manage templates in the Cloud Governance admin center:

• Create – Click Create on the ribbon to create new profiles, templates, metadata, etc.

• Edit – Select one or more templates and click Edit on the ribbon to edit the settings.

• Delete – Select a template and click Delete on the ribbon. The pop-up window appears asking for your confirmation. Click Delete to confirm.
