Export to PDFThe AvePoint Cloud Governance user roles are integrated with the AvePoint Online Services Tenant Users role. The available roles include:
Cloud Governance service:
MyHub service:
Standard user – A Standard User fulfills the role of an AvePoint Cloud Governance Business User. Business Users are only able to access the Business User interface of AvePoint Cloud Governance (MyHub), allowing them to submit and approve requests for allowed services.
Application administrator – The MyHub Application administrator fulfills the role of AvePoint Cloud Governance IT Administrator. IT Administrators can control the rollout of the new and legacy versions of the Business User interface of AvePoint Cloud Governance (MyHub), tailor the feature offerings in the new version, and track audits within the interface.

In AvePoint Cloud Governance, the IT Administrator can also create custom Business User groups to allow designated users to also view AvePoint Cloud Governance reports for monitoring requests, tasks, system processes, site collections, sites, Microsoft 365 Groups, or Microsoft 365 users.
