Configure Guest User Contact Election Profiles

A guest user contact election profile can be applied to a guest user to define the automated contact election process. With the profile applied, an automated contact nomination process will be triggered to determine the guest user contact when the original primary or secondary guest user contact is deactivated.

To access Contact election profiles, click the Contact election profiles card on the Profiles & templates page.

To define contact election profiles for guest users, click Create > Guest user contact election profile on the ribbon to open the Create guest user contact election profile panel and configure the following settings:

    1. Profile name – Enter a name for the guest user contact election profile.

    2. Description – Enter a description for the guest user contact election profile.

    3. People picker filter profile for primary contact – Select a people picker filter profile from the drop-down list.
