Export to PDFA permission level profile specifies the custom permissions included in a permission level, enabling them to be assigned through permission management.
To access Permission level profiles, click the Permission level profiles card on the Profiles & templates page.
To create a permission level profile, click Create on the ribbon to open the Create permission level profile panel and configure the following settings:
Profile name – Enter a name for the permission level profile.
Description – Enter a description for the permission level profile.
Permissions – Select one or more list permissions, site permissions, and personal permissions to be included in this permission level.
Click Save to save your configurations.
To delete a specific permission level profile, select the profile and click Delete on the ribbon. Note that permission level profiles referenced by ongoing modern renewal tasks cannot be deleted.
