    Appendix K - Workspace Phases in Cloud Governance

    When you monitor workspaces managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance in a report in the Cloud Governance admin center, you will see various phases of workspaces, for example, Renewal overdue, Import processing, Invalid, etc. showing the specific stage of a workspace in the Cloud Governance management process. You can refer to the table below for a better understanding of each phase.

    Governance details confirmation overdue(Icon: The governance details confirmation overdue phase.)The confirm governance details task of the workspace is overdue as the task assignee did not complete the task within the duration.
    Import processing(Icon: The import processing phase.)The workspace is being imported to AvePoint Cloud Governance.
    Import process completed with exception(Icon: The import process completed with exception phase.)An error occurred during the import process of the workspace.
    In compliance (Icon: the in compliance phase.)The last renewal process of the workspace has been successfully completed, and the next renewal task has not been generated yet.No renewal profile has ever been applied to the workspace.
    Invalid(Icon: the invalid phase.)The workspace has been locked, deleted, archived, or Microsoft 365 Archived.[!NOTE]If a workspace has overdue tasks and has been locked/archived by the escalation action, the workspace phase will not be invalid.
    Pending confirmation of governance details(Icon: The pending confirmation of governance details phase.)The confirm governance details task of the workspace is pending to be completed by the task assignee.
    Preparing renewal report(Icon: the preparing renewal report phase.)AvePoint Cloud Governance is generating the renewal task.
    Renewal canceled(Icon: The renewal canceled phase.)The last renewal task has been manually canceled by the IT administrator.
    Renewal completed with exception(Icon: The renewal completed with exception phase.)An error occurred while AvePoint Cloud Governance updated the workspace properties.
    Renewal in progress
    (Icon: the renewal in progress phase.)AvePoint Cloud Governance is updating the workspace properties based on the renewal results.AvePoint Cloud Governance is executing the lifecycle action on workspaces selected in renewal processes.An error task is generated or retried for lifecycle actions selected in renewal processes.
    Renewal overdue(Icon: The renewal overdue phase.)The renewal task of the workspace is overdue as the task assignee did not complete the renewal task within the duration.
    Renewal pending(Icon: the renewal pending phase.)The renewal task of the workspace is pending to be completed by the renewal task assignee.An error task is skipped for lifecycle actions selected in renewal processes.
    Pending approval of the lifecycle action(Icon: Pending approval of the lifecycle action.)The renewal task assignee has selected a lifecycle action which is waiting for approval.
