    Appendix K - Workspace Phases in Cloud Governance

    When you monitor workspaces managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance in a report in the Cloud Governance admin center, you will see various phases of workspaces, for example, Renewal overdue, Import processing, Invalid, etc. showing the specific stage of a workspace in the Cloud Governance management process. You can refer to the table below for a better understanding of each phase.

    Phase of a WorkspaceDescription
    Icon: The governance details confirmation overdue phase.
    Governance details confirmation overdue    		The confirm governance details task of the workspace is overdue as the task assignee did not complete the task within the duration.
    Icon: The import processing phase.
    Import processing    		The workspace is being imported to AvePoint Cloud Governance.
    Icon: The import process completed with exception phase.
    Import process completed with exception    		An error occurred during the import process of the workspace.
    Icon: the in compliance phase.
    In compliance    		The last renewal process of the workspace has been successfully completed, and the next renewal task has not been generated yet.
    No renewal profile has ever been applied to the workspace.
    Icon: the invalid phase.
    Invalid    		The workspace has been locked, deleted, archived, or Microsoft 365 Archived.
    If a workspace has overdue tasks and has been locked/archived by the escalation action, the workspace phase will not be invalid.
    Icon: The pending confirmation of governance details phase.
    Pending confirmation of governance details    		The confirm governance details task of the workspace is pending to be completed by the task assignee.
    Icon: the preparing renewal report phase.
    Preparing renewal report    		AvePoint Cloud Governance is generating the renewal task.
    Icon: The renewal canceled phase.
    Renewal canceled    		The last renewal task has been manually canceled by the IT administrator.
    Icon: The renewal completed with exception phase.
    Renewal completed with exception    		An error occurred while AvePoint Cloud Governance updated the workspace properties.
    Icon: The renewal in progress phase.
    Renewal in progress    		AvePoint Cloud Governance is updating the workspace properties based on the renewal results.
    AvePoint Cloud Governance is executing the lifecycle action on workspaces selected in renewal processes.
    An error task is generated or retried for lifecycle actions selected in renewal processes.
    Icon: The renewal overdue phase.
    Renewal overdue    		The renewal task of the workspace is overdue as the task assignee did not complete the renewal task within the duration.
    Icon: The renewal pending phase.
    Renewal pending    		The renewal task of the workspace is pending to be completed by the renewal task assignee.
    An error task is skipped for lifecycle actions selected in renewal processes.
    Icon: Pending approval of the lifecycle action.
    Pending approval of the lifecycle action    		The renewal task assignee has selected a lifecycle action which is waiting for approval.
