Export to PDFThe report export location is where you store the exported AvePoint Cloud Governance reports.
To access Report export locations, click the Report export locations card on the Profiles & templates page.
To create a report export location, click Create on the ribbon to open the Create report export location panel and configure the following settings:
Location name – Enter a name for the export location.
Description – Enter an optional description for the export location.
Location type – Choose to store the exported reports in your Microsoft Azure Storage or SharePoint library or folder.
Storage location – Configure the storage location settings based on your selected export location type:
Microsoft Azure Storage – With Microsoft Azure Storage selected as the export location type, you need to configure the connection to your Microsoft Azure Storage:
Container name – Enter the container name that you wish to access.
Account name – Enter the corresponding account name to access the container.
Account key – Enter the corresponding account key to access the container. You can click the show password button to view your entered account key.
Https is required to access Microsoft Azure Storage.
SharePoint library or folder – With the SharePoint library or folder selected as the export location type, you need to enter the URL of a SharePoint library or folder.
Click Save to save and check if your specified information is valid.
