#Configure Power Automate Desktop Flow Limit Access Profiles

A Power Automate desktop flow limit access profile can be applied to a Power Automate desktop flow to define how to manage flow membership when access to the flow is limited in AvePoint Cloud Governance.

To configure Power Automate desktop flow limit access profiles, click the Limit access profile card on the Profiles & templates page.

To define limit access profiles for Power Automate desktop flows, click Create > Power Automate desktop flow limit access profile on the ribbon to open the Power Automate desktop flow limit access profile panel and configure the following settings:

1. Profile name – Enter a name for the Power Automate desktop flow limit access profile.

2. Description – Enter a description for the Power Automate desktop flow limit access profile.

3. Desktop flow and membership – To manage the flow co-owners and membership, configure the following settings:

   Note that the flow owners (creators) will be retained.

   • Remove all co-owners – Select this option to remove all flow co-owners when access to a Power Automate desktop flow is limited.

   • Remove all users – Select this option to remove all flow users when access to a Power Automate desktop flow is limited.

4. Click Save to save your configurations.
