#Configure Power BI Workspace Limit Access Profiles

A Power BI workspace limit access profile can be applied to a Power BI workspace to define how to manage workspace membership when access to the workspace is limited in AvePoint Cloud Governance.

To configure Power BI workspace limit access profiles, click the Limit access profile card on the Profiles & templates page.

To define limit access profiles for Power BI workspaces, click Create > Power BI workspace limit access profile on the ribbon to open the Power BI workspace limit access profile panel and configure the following settings:

1. Profile name – Enter a name for the Power BI workspace limit access profile.

2. Description – Enter a description for the Power BI workspace limit access profile.

3. Workspace membership – To manage the workspace membership, configure the following settings:

   • Remove all viewers – Select this option to remove all workspace viewers when access to a Power BI workspace is limited.

   • Remove all contributors – Select this option to remove all workspace contributors when access to a Power BI workspace is limited.

   • Remove all members – Select this option to remove all workspace members when access to a Power BI workspace is limited.

   • Remove all admins – Select this option to remove all workspace admins when access to a Power BI workspace is limited. You can enter usernames in the Assign the Power BI workspace admin role to specific users text box to assign temporary admins when access to a Power BI workspace is limited. The previous admins will be restored if there are no changes to the admins after pending tasks are completed.

4. Click Save to save your configurations.
