    Manage Profiles for Shared Mailboxes

    You can manage profiles for shared mailboxes in Profiles & templates in the Cloud Governance admin center. To access Profiles & templates, click Profiles & templates on the left navigation pane under Management.

    The following profiles are available for shared mailbox management, and they can be selected in AvePoint Cloud Governance services or profiles:

    • Automatic import profiles – For instructions on how to set up automatic import profiles for shared mailboxes, refer to Automated Import for Shared Mailboxes.

    • Automated escalation profiles

    • Contact election profiles

    • Renewal profiles

    • For more information on the profile configuration, refer to the instructions in the corresponding section.

    You can perform the following actions to manage profiles in the Cloud Governance admin center:

    • Create – Click Create on the ribbon to create new profiles.

    • Edit – Select one or more profiles and click Edit on the ribbon to edit the settings.

    • Delete – Select a profile and click Delete on the ribbon. The pop-up window appears asking for your confirmation. Click Delete to confirm.
