#Manage Profiles for Power Automate Flows

You can manage profiles for Power Automate flow management in Profiles & templates in the Cloud Governance admin center. To access Profiles & templates, click Profiles & templates on the left navigation pane under Management.

The following profiles are available for Power Automate flow management, and they can be selected in AvePoint Cloud Governance services or profiles:

• Automatic import profiles – For instructions on how to set up automatic import profiles for Power Automate flows, refer to Automated Import for Power Automate Flows.

• Automated escalation profiles

• Renewal profiles

• Contact election profiles

The automated escalation profiles are available for Power Automate flow management, and they can be selected in AvePoint Cloud Governance services or profiles.

For more information on the profile configuration, refer to the instructions in the corresponding section.

You can perform the following actions to manage profiles in the Cloud Governance admin center:

• Create – Click Create on the ribbon to create new profiles.

• Edit – Select one or more profiles and click Edit on the ribbon to edit the settings.

• Delete – Select a profile and click Delete on the ribbon. The pop-up window appears asking for your confirmation. Click Delete to confirm.
