#Manage Profiles for Microsoft 365 Groups

You can manage profiles for Microsoft 365 Groups in Profiles & templates in the Cloud Governance admin center. To access Profiles & templates, click Profiles & templates on the left navigation pane under Management.

The following profiles are available for group management, and they can be selected in AvePoint Cloud Governance services or profiles:

• Automatic import profiles – For instructions on how to set up automatic import profiles for Microsoft 365 Groups, refer to Automated Import for Microsoft 365 Groups.

• Automated escalation profiles

• Contact election profiles

• External sharing profiles

• Renewal profiles

• Storage management profiles

• Limit access profiles

• For more information on the profile configuration, refer to the instructions in the corresponding section.

You can perform the following actions to manage profiles in the Cloud Governance admin center:

• Create – Click Create on the ribbon to create new profiles.

• Edit – Select one or more profiles and click Edit on the ribbon to edit the settings.

• Delete – Select a profile and click Delete on the ribbon. The pop-up window appears asking for your confirmation. Click Delete to confirm.
