#Manage Profiles for Confide Projects

You can manage profiles for Confide project management in Profiles & templates in the Cloud Governance admin center. To access Profile & templates, click Profiles & templates on the left navigation pane under Management.

The following profiles are available for Confide project management, and they can be selected in AvePoint Cloud Governance services or profiles:

• Automated escalation profiles

• Renewal profiles

• Contact election profiles

For more information on profile configuration, refer to the instructions in the corresponding profile configuration section in this guide.

You can perform the following actions to manage profiles in the Cloud Governance admin center:

• Create – Click Create on the ribbon to create new profiles.

• Edit – Select one or more profiles and click Edit on the ribbon to edit the settings.

• Delete – Select a profile and click Delete on the ribbon. The pop-up window appears asking for your confirmation. Click Delete to confirm.
