This section is designed to help you efficiently manage Microsoft 365 objects with AvePoint Cloud Governance. Whether you are importing workspaces, configuring governance profiles, or enabling automated lifecycle management, each guide provides clear, step‑by‑step instructions to streamline your setup and ensure consistent governance across your tenant.

Before your organization begins using AvePoint Cloud Governance, you may already have existing Microsoft 365 objects—such as Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint site collections and sites, guest users, Microsoft Entra groups, shared mailboxes, Power Apps, and Power Platform environments. To bring these existing resources under governance, you can import them into AvePoint Cloud Governance and apply the appropriate policies to manage them going forward.
