#Administration Reports

You can use the following administration reports to view and manage AvePoint Cloud Governance managed workspaces, guest users, as well as all service requests.

Workspace report ‒ Lists all site collections, Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, and Viva Engage communities managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance and their corresponding information.

Guest user report ‒ Lists all guest users managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance and their corresponding information.

Request report ‒ Lists all service requests created by and assigned to any user, as well as their corresponding information.

Auto-generated task report – Lists all tasks generated automatically by the system, as well as their corresponding information.

AvePoint Cloud Governance also provides the Groups report, Shared mailbox report, Power Automate report, Power App report, Power BI report, and Environment report entrance for you to go to the corresponding report in AvePoint EnPower.

*Note: If you export reports to a local path, make sure the following endpoints/URLs of the default storages are not blocked by your organization’s policy, so that you can download the exported report from the Job monitor.
