The following features are in preview in the Insights for Microsoft 365 insider environment, and will be available in the commercial and U.S. Government environments on the general availability dates.
General mode is no longer supported in risk definition for both Insights for Microsoft 365 and Insights for Google. Your sensitivity definitions and exposure definition settings will be automatically updated to the default profile and applied to the containers in your configured data scope.
You can now choose whether to assign the export report permission to visitors in Insights.
Private Preview: The hybrid sensitivity scan method is now available. In addition to the native sensitivity scan, you can also use the scan engine conditions provided by AvePoint for sensitive data scanning.
The risk-prioritized scan mode is now available, which allows you to view your initial risk assessment quickly by scanning objects with unique permissions in the full scan. Fully baked analytics will be available later.
AI agents including Copilot Studio agents, SharePoint agents, and Microsoft Foundry agents are now supported in Insights. You can set risk definitions for AI agents to view risk analysis reports and activities of your agents. You can also view the top 10 agents with the most accesses to sensitive files on the Activity explorer > Overview page.
Additional API permissions need to be added to your custom app to enable access to related features.
Sync retention labels from Microsoft 365 and use retention labels as conditions in sensitivity definitions
Enable Copilot Studio, SharePoint agents, and Microsoft Foundry workspaces in Insights
This feature only supports for custom Azure app.
You can now create a policy and run the Enforce policy job immediately for a Microsoft 365 workspace directly from the Risk analysis > Overview > Details page without having to sign in to the Policies for Microsoft 365 service.
Microsoft 365 retention labels can now be configured as conditions in sensitivity definitions.
You can now choose whether to remove user permissions granted via links when remove permissions from an orphaned user.
