#General Updates

• The Tag all action is now available, allowing you to add a tag in bulk to all currently displayed records on the Risk analysis > Detailed records page.

• The frequency of Insights data aggregation jobs has been increased to once every 12 hours.

#What’s New in Insights for Microsoft 365?

• Private Preview: Premium scan is now available with two scan modes:

  • Verification scan allows you to link scan engine conditions to Microsoft 365 sensitive information types or custom information types, and verify the information types used in risk definition profiles against those linked conditions.

  • Full discovery scan allows you to configure scan engine conditions directly in risk definition profiles.

• Private Preview: AI assist is now available when creating a Regular expression scan engine condition, helping you generate valid regular expressions from natural language detection requirements.

• The Full scan details page has been renamed to Scan details, where you can view all scan records at the site level and drill down into the scan history for a specific site.

• The Remove all access action is now available, allowing you to remove all user permissions and sharing links for selected objects in batch.

• You can now customize the email recipients for potential risk notifications in the Notify window.
