Users can now view all activities of the objects under a specific site collection when they view activities of the site collection. Users can now filter activities by object ID.
When viewing group members, users can now click a security group to drill down and view all members in the group.
Renamed the Anonymous Links report page to External Links and enhanced the reports. Insights for Microsoft 365 can now display both anonymous links and links for specific external users on this page.
Users can now export link reports of external links on the External Links report page.
Users can now filter links on the External Links report page based on the Expiration filter criterion, which allows users to easily filter out the expired links.
Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying the country, department, and last synchronization time of each OneDrive in the Overview tab of risk analysis reports.
Enhanced External Users reports: Insights for Microsoft 365 can now display the top four domains/groups with most external users in the charts, mark the newly added external users on the report, and display the time that the external user was discovered by Insights.
Users can now add owners for Teams private channels in Insights for Microsoft 365.
Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports searching users or groups by domain.
Users can now select to view the access report of users/groups via the By Site view or By Object view.
Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying photos and other basic metadata of users/groups. This requires the re-authorization of the AOS app or the addition of the User.Read.All and Group.Read.All permissions to the custom app.
Insights for Microsoft 365 now exports all .xlsx reports in the same language as that of the browser.
