#General Updates

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports distinguishing between users that are marked as external users and real external users in both the permission report and user access report.

#What’s New in the Dashboard?

• The number of all external users in Azure Active Directory is now displayed in the Contributing Factors section, and added the External User Statistics section to the Overview dashboard page.

#What’s New in Risk Analysis?

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports using built-in views on the Risk Analysis > Overview page.

• Added the Exposure Level column and filter to the Risk Analysis > Overview page for all workspaces.

• Added the Guest User List column to the exported overview report for Microsoft Teams.

#What’s New in Exposure Reports?

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying the information of groups with external users on the Groups with External Users page.

• Optimized the External Users page by displaying data in two tabs. The Dashboard tab shows the analysis results of external users in Azure Active Directory in charts. The Details tab shows the external user list.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports exporting the summary report of all external users, and exporting both the summary and access reports of the selected external users.

• Added the Created On column to the Details tab of the External Users page.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports sorting external users by Created On in the Details tab of the External Users page and sorting groups by External Users in AAD and Created On on the Groups with External Users page.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports marking the external users who were created in the past 7 days by adding a new user icon before their display names.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying the Risk Overview statistics in real-time.

#What’s New in Settings?

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports defining exposure levels using the following external sharing settings separately:

  • The object is directly shared with external users, and the number of external users meets the configured condition.

  • The object is shared with a group, and the number of external users in the group meets the configured condition.

• Containers removed from the configured data scope will no longer be scanned.
