Private Preview: Insights now provides centralized visibility into risky data across your Salesforce tenants. Key features include:

View exposure reports including public links and content deliveries.
Explore setup audit trail activities, login activities, and event logs.
The orphaned users report has been enhanced with two tabs.
The Orphaned users tab lists orphaned users, users whose accounts have been deleted or blocked in Microsoft Entra ID but still have access to objects within the configured data scope of Insights. Deleted groups are also included, allowing for better management of user access. The User type statistic can now be used to distinguish and filter between deleted users, blocked users, and deleted groups. Built-in views are also available to show specific orphaned users.
You can now remove orphaned users in bulk by utilizing the Policies for Microsoft 365’s Scan orphaned users rule within Insights.
The Anonymous access tab identifies individuals accessing shared content via links or as guest members of shared channels.
Trainable classifiers can now be added as conditions in sensitivity definitions. You can also manually sync custom trainable classifiers to Insights.
Microsoft 365 sensitive info types, both built-in and custom, can now be manually or automatically synced to Insights.
Site status statistics are available in the risks analysis overview reports and access reports if the Cloud Governance filter is enabled. Site status is also available as a filter in the reports.
Exposure level settings can now be configured for external users separately.
A new web API is now available to add existing tags to objects.
The orphaned users report is now available to show deleted users and groups, archived users, and suspended users who still have access to drives in the configured data scope of Insights.
The search profile is now available to search for users and/or groups to view their permissions to the data scope configured in the profile, or search for drives in batch to view their detailed information.
Permissions for external users and unmanaged users can now be removed directly within Insights.
The sensitivity definitions for Google Workspace now support all field types of Google labels as conditions, in addition to label presence.
The Google log event retention period can now be extended via an add-on feature. Contact AvePoint Technical Support or your sales representative for more information.
Private Preview: Google Cloud is now available as an add-on service for Insights for Google. Contact AvePoint Technical Support or your sales representative for more information.
You can now set exposure definition and configure scope for Google Cloud separately from Google Workspace.
You can view the permission change history for principals across organizations, projects, folders, and resources.
