• Insights for Microsoft 365 has been renamed to AvePoint Insights.

• The following features are now available for Insights for Google Workspace, which is currently in public preview mode:

• View all groups containing external users within your Google Drive.

• Identify all unmanaged users within your Google Drive.

• View the matched data type for Google items in the risk analysis detailed record report. Data types are also available as a filter in this report.

• View the applied badge for Google items in the risk analysis detailed record report.

• Manage membership of shared drives that currently have no available managers.

• The job monitor is now available to track export tasks in the Download center tab and track action records in the Action tracker tab within Insights.
