What’s New in Insights for Microsoft 365?

  • The Microsoft 365 dashboard pages now feature enhanced charts for better clarity and usability.

  • The Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) report from the Microsoft 365 overview dashboard page has been enhanced to provide more detailed insights into your organization's data security posture.

  • With a Policies for Microsoft 365 subscription, you can now:

    • Run a one-time 'Sharing link expiration enforcement' policy on the Anonymous links / Specific links / Organization links page to remove links in bulk based on how long they have been active after being created.

    • Run a one-time 'Remove shadow users' policy on the Teams with shadow users/groups or Groups with shadow users/groups page to enforce the removal of shadow users in bulk.

What’s New in Insights for Google (Preview)?

The following features are now available for Insights for Google, which is currently in public preview mode: 

  • The Google dashboard now includes enhanced charts for better clarity and usability. Identity and Access Management (IAM) statistics can now be displayed on the dashboard when IAM data synchronization is enabled.

  • App name statistics are now available on both the View activities and Activity explorer pages.

What’s New in Insights for Salesforce (Preview)?

The following features are now available for Insights for Salesforce, which is currently in private preview mode: 

  • The Salesforce dashboard now includes enhanced charts for improved clarity and usability.

  • You can now view permissions on detailed records, manage shared access levels, and view effective user access at both record and field levels.
