#General Updates

• The Users reports are now available to provide an overview of user trends, and external user statistics for each tenant, as well as detailed reports of external users, groups with external users, orphaned users, and ghost guest users in the configured data scope.

• SIT Availability Test can now be used to test whether specific sensitive keywords are available for detecting sensitive information before creating a custom sensitive information type using those keywords.

• You can now have an overview of Insights full scans on the Full Scan Details page.

• The quick search has been redesigned for a better user experience.

• The access report has been upgraded for a better user experience in the new user interface.

#What’s New in Exposure Reports?

• The Exposure reports have been upgraded for a better user experience. The Exposed Externally and Sharing Links reports are now available to report the exposure data from different dimensions.

  • The Exposed Externally exposure report provides the numbers of external users, groups with external users, orphaned users, and ghost guest users for each tenant.

  • The Sharing Links exposure report provides an overview of all sharing links for each tenant, including anonymous links, specific links, and organization links.

• The access details report is now available to show the activities that users’ accesses to the objects shared via links. The activities that external user’s access to content via email one-time passcode can also be viewed in the report. The report can also be exported.
