    • There is now a Status column on the Microsoft Teams risk analysis report page to show if a team is active or archived.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports the Teams with Private Channels filter on the Overview page of the Microsoft Teams risk analysis report.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 now provides both the Overview page and Detailed Records page for the risk analysis report of each workspace.

    • There is now a new detailed information page of items/files to show risk level, permission report, and activity report of items/files. Users can access this page by selecting the Detailed Information action of an item/file from the Detailed Records risk analysis report page.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying the last sign-in time of external users on the External Users page.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying the following last sign in situations of external users on the External Users page.

      • N/A is displayed when there is no AuditLog.Read.All Microsoft Graph API permission for the app or the external user is not in Azure AD.

      • None is displayed if the user has not logged in for more than 180 days.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying the external user status via an icon on each detailed report page drilled down from the risk analysis report.

    • Only administrators can now remove external users from AAD, block sign-in of external users, trust external users, and remove external users from the trusted user list in Insights for Microsoft 365.

    • When users remove multiple external users from AAD, Insights for Microsoft 365 now recommends that users can use Policies for Microsoft 365 to set up rules to proactively monitor the external users in the confirmation window.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 now provides default sensitivity definitions based on the user’s AvePoint Online Services data center when the user first configured sensitivity definitions for a tenant.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 can now display 104 newly supported sensitive info types by Microsoft 365 in More Sensitive Info Types when users select the sensitive info types for the sensitivity definitions.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports filtering activities on the Auditor page. Users can now view the detailed changes of security groups in Account Management by clicking the object link on the Auditor page.

    • Users can now configure the start date and time in one field and configure the interval individually when they configure the notification settings in Insights for Microsoft 365.

    • There are several updates on Insights for Microsoft 365 interface:

      • Users can now click the Action button in front of an external user on the External Users report page and select Access Report to view the access report of the user.

      • The Filter icon is updated.

      • The size and icons of notifications in the upper-right corner are unified.

      • When a tab is expanded, a down arrow is displayed. When a tab is collapsed, an up arrow is displayed.

      • The underline for all clickable links is removed.

      • The icons of different external user statuses are updated.

    • The Switzerland North (Zurich) data center is now supported for Insights for Microsoft 365.

    • The Germany West Central (Frankfurt) data center is now supported for Insights for Microsoft 365.

    • Insights for Microsoft 365 integrates with AvePoint Online Services for Partners. Users in AvePoint Online Services for Partners can now click Export Risk Report to download a PDF report which contains more information of risks in the customer's workspaces while they view the Insights for Microsoft 365 Report on the Dashboard page.
