• Insights for Microsoft 365 now offers enhanced customer support through the integration of the AVA chatbot. If you have any product-related inquiries, the chatbot is readily available to assist you.

• Activity explorer (Premium) has been enhanced to collect Copilot activities.

• You can now invite support for help using Insights for Microsoft 365 by clicking Invite support from the Help drop-down list in the upper-right corner of any Insights page.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports displaying retention labels on objects and filtering objects based on their retention labels.
