Public Preview: Insights now provides centralized visibility of risky data across your Google tenants and supports integration with Google DLP.
New navigation updates are being rolled out across the Confidence Platform, delivering a more intuitive, consistent, and efficient user experience. In the left navigation of Insights for Microsoft 365, the Analysis, Search center, Activity, and System sections have been added. The System section includes Administration, System auditor (renamed from Auditor), Resources, System event, and Help.
Additional Microsoft 365 sensitive info types are now available to be added as conditions in sensitivity definitions.
The limit on the number of items to be exported in a report has been lifted.
The following enhancements are now available in the risky users report.
View sign-in events of risky users.
Confirm user safe to remove risk and detections on specific risky users to mark false positives.
The retention period for Microsoft Entra activity logs can now be extended via an add-on, providing comprehensive audit capabilities and enhanced security insights.
You can now sync existing activities from Cloud Backup for IaaS + PaaS to Insights for visibility.
You can now enable the risky user notification to view risky users in the configured date range.
Recipients of the custom risk notification can now be customized.
Cloud Governance integration settings can be enabled to retrieve data from Cloud Governance and display it in Insights for enhanced visibility and data management.
