#General Updates

• AvePoint will begin rolling out new premium features this fall making it easier to store security activity for longer than 90 days, review and export that activity history, and to use advanced reporting paired with Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) to view Ghost Guest Users and Risky Users. These last two features have been in preview the last few releases and will be moving to premium licensing in the coming months.

#What’s New in Risk Analysis?

• You can now exclude objects from being reported as sensitive items in Insights by adding the False Positive tag to the objects. The False Positive filter is also available to filter objects.

• The Last Activity Date statistic is now available in the Risk Analysis overview reports, and the Last Activity Date filter is also available.

#What’s New in Exposure Reports?

• The overshared externally exposure report is now available to provide an overview of all external users and groups with external users that have Full Control permission to objects in the configured data scope.

#What’s New in Search Center?

• You can no export permission related reports and the activity report of all or specific activity types in a certain time range periodically based on the search results.

#What’s New in Administration?

• The sensitivity definitions New Zealand Financial Data, New Zealand Personally Identifiable Information, and New Zealand Health Data are now supported.

• You can now define specific items from being reported as sensitive items in Insights by configuring settings for Sensitive Item Exclusions.

• You can now prioritize specific site collections in the scan on the Full Scan Details page.

• The Custom Risk Notification is now available to periodically notify the site owners or primary contacts of the risk site collections defined via notification settings.
