#General Updates

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now provides a new Web API to export detailed records.

• Enriched the activity information in Activity Explorer.

#What’s New in Risk Analysis?

• The Risk Analysis Overview report has been redesigned. Built-in views for each workspace are displayed in tiles under All Views. You can configure filter conditions, save new views, and add views as favorites to display them under My Favorite Views.

• You can now export both the risk analysis overview report and link permission report for team sites/site collections/OneDrives for Business/Microsoft 365 Group team sites.

• On the Risk Analysis Detailed Records page, you can now notify content owners or site administrators of the potential risks identified in the content they own by sending email notifications.

#What’s New in Users?

• The Shared Links statistic is now available in the Orphaned Users report. For each orphaned user, you can view all objects to which links are shared with them.

#What’s New in Search Center?

• The Everyone, Everyone except External Users, All Users (membership), and All Users (windows) groups are now supported being added to the user scope of a search profile.

#What’s New in Administration?

• You can now configure the sensitive content visibility setting to control whether to show the sensitive content that matches the sensitivity conditions in Insights.
