• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports removing direct access permissions for the Everyone, Everyone except External Users, All Users (membership), and All Users (windows) groups.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports exporting the overview report and permission report to a document library or folder based on the configured export schedule.

• You can now choose to export the overview report only for all site collections in the currently selected workspace containers or export both the overview report and permission report of the selected site collections.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports adding site collections to the trusted list, and then removing site collections from the trusted list for site collection management.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports adding comments when adding site collections or external users to the trusted list or removing them from the trusted list.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports removing permissions directly from the Check Permissions window.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now excludes system folders and files in Insights reports.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now integrates with AOS API to provide audit data to customer SIEM systems.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports searching for users and groups in bulk within the selected workspaces or specific site collections.

• Insights for Microsoft 365 now supports integrating with Elements for Partners to export and import Insights settings, which could help partners configure Insights settings fast and easily.

• The icon for external users in Insights has been changed.

• Split the shadow user statistics into the number of external users in shadow users and the total number of shadow users and groups in the exported overview report.

• The Trusted icon for site collections that are in the trusted list can now be displayed.

• The number of selected items can now be displayed in the upper-right corner of tables in Insights.

• Support distinguishing external users and those marked as external users in the exported permission report.

• Added the search box to the Risk Analysis > Overview and Detailed Records pages, and the External Users page.
