    View Detailed Information of Objects

    On the Detailed information page of a file or folder, there are three tabs.

    • Permissions – You can view the permission-related information, including the number of external users who have permissions to the file or folder, the number of large groups, the number of groups with external users, and the number of sharing links. You can click a tile to view the corresponding records.

      • Remove permissions – Select one or multiple external users or sharing links and click Remove permissions to remove the permissions of the external users to the object or delete the sharing link to the object.

      • Edit permission – Select one or multiple external users, sharing links, or groups with external users and click Edit permission to edit permission in bulk. Select a new permission and click Save to update the permission.

      • Set expiration time – Select one or multiple users or groups and click Set expiration time to set an expiration for the access.

      • Remove expiration – Select one or multiple users or groups that have an expiration time and click Remove expiration to remove the expiration from the access.

      • Refresh – Click Refresh to refresh the displayed data in the table.

    • Activities – All activities within the folder or file are displayed. You can click Export to export the displayed activities or click Refresh to refresh the activities displayed in the table. You can also filter the activities to only view specific ones.

    • Details – The basic information of the file or folder is displayed under Basic information. You can click the Copy button to copy the URL of the drive or location of the object in Google Workspace.

      Under Risk information, the risk level, exposure level and exposure rule, sensitivity level of the object is displayed.
