- In **Settings** > **System settings** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, there is now a **Navigation menu and tab order** setting for you to adjust the display order of the navigation menu in the Cloud Governance portal and the tab order in the Teams app.
- When configuring an Invite new guest user service in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now select or newly create a people picker filter profile, and the profile settings will be applied to the people picker fields in the end user request form to limit the primary guest contact, secondary guest contact, and guest manager that users can specify.
- The IT administrator can now configure a customized B2B invitation e-mail acceptance link in **Settings** > **System settings** > **B2B e-mail acceptance link** in the new Cloud Governance admin center. After they customize the URL, when guest users click the **Accept invitation** button in the invitation e-mail, guest users will be directed to the specified URL.
- In the Invite new guest user service, the IT administrator can now choose how users will be able to initiate requests for this service by configuring the **Service initiation** and choose whether the service is **Available in the service catalog** or is **Available as a questionnaire result**.
In the classic Cloud Governance admin center, the Invite new guest user service will be available to be added as an end point of the questionnaire when the IT administrator configures the questionnaire in the **Questionnaire management**.
- In the Guest user report in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the following guest user renewal process related columns are now newly supported in the report:
- **Renewal start time**
- **Renewal due date**
- **Last renewal time**
- In the **Guest user report** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now restart the renewal process of one or more guest users by clicking **Renewal** > **Restart renewal**. They can also configure a one-time renewal schedule for one or more guest users by clicking **Renewal** > **Configure one-time renewal** **schedule**, and then choose to renew the guest user after a specified period from the guest invitation date or on a specific date.
Both the restart renewal results and configure one-time renewal schedule results will be shown in **Job monitor**.
- In the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now predefine the **Company name** of the guest user in the Invite new guest user service > **Configure form**, or they can choose to let requesters specify the guest user's company name in the request form.
- In the Invite new guest user service > **Configure form** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, when the IT administrator chooses to **Allow requesters to add guest users to groups or teams**, they can now choose to allow requesters to add guest users to any groups or teams.
- In the Invite new guest user service > **Configure form** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can choose whether to **Set an allow list or deny list to allow or block guest users from specific organizations**. With the checkbox selected, they can set an allow list or deny list to limit the guest’s domains by entering one or more domain names in the text box.
- In the Invite new guest user service > **Configure form** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now predefine the guest user information in the service, such as **Usage location**, **Welcome message**, or **Job information**, or they can choose to let requesters specify the information in the request form.
- In the Invite new guest user service > **Advanced settings** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now choose whether to **Allow requesters to invite multiple guests in a service request**. With the checkbox selected, business users will be able to add multiple guest users that they wish to invite in one request form. This setting is only available when the IT administrator is creating a new invite new guest user service.
- In **Settings** > **System settings** > **Sensitivity labels** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now enable integration with sensitivity labels for workspaces that are managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance. Once the integration is enabled, the sensitivity labels will be available to be applied to site collections, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Microsoft Teams. Note that sensitivity label integration is not available if an organization is using the Microsoft 365 U.S. Government GCC High environment.
To enable sensitivity label integration, the Azure AD app in a tenant must have the Microsoft Graph API application permission **InformationProtectionPolicy.Read.All**. Users can go to AvePoint Online Services > **App Management** to re-authorize the app. If a tenant is using the cutsom Azure app, make sure the custom app has the **InformationProtectionPolicy.Read.All** permission and re-authorize the app.
- In **Settings** > **System settings** > **Workspace contact membership** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, when the IT administrator enables automatic workspace contact membership management, for a group/team/community, they can choose whether to automatically add the new contacts as **Owners** or **Members**; for a site collection, they can choose whether to automatically add the new contacts as **Site collection administrators** or **Members of a specified SharePoint Group**. Meanwhile, they can also choose whether to **Remove original contacts from the group at the same time**.
- In **Settings** > **System settings** > **Site collection lock messages** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, there is now a new **Administrator contact** reference that is available to be inserted in the message for the header or footer.
- Any actions that the IT administrator performed in the **Workspace report** in the new Cloud Governance admin center will be recorded in the **User Activity Report** in the classic Cloud Governance admin center.
- In the **Workspace report** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, you can now export the report file in the **XLSX** type.
- In the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now perform the following renewal related actions on Yammer communities in the **Workspace report**:
- Restart renewal process
- Auto-complete renewal process
- Reassign renewal process
- Microsoft does not support the server resource quota configuration anymore, therefore, in AvePoint Cloud Governance, when the IT administrator configures the site collection policy, the server resource quota is no longer configurable.
- When the IT administrator reassigns a renewal task to another user in **Workspace report** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, the specified user will become one of the renewal task assignees apart from the existing renewal task assignees.
A renewal task assignee reassigns the renewal task to another user in the Cloud Governance Portal, then, the specified user will become the new task assignee who is responsible for the renewal task instead of the original assignee.
- For workspaces that're imported to Cloud Governance via an automatic import profile, an e-mail will be sent to the primary contact for the governance details confirmation, and an Excel file will be attached in the e-mail containing all the workspaces to be imported. Currently, a **Group/Team Name** column is newly added in the Excel file for automatically imported groups/teams, and a **Site Collection Title** column is newly added in the Excel file for automatically imported site collections.
- In a Create Group//Team/Community service, the IT administrator can now define one or more dynamic membership rules in the service or allow requesters to define the rules in the request form. They can also choose whether to **Allow requesters to add or remove dynamic rules in the request form**.
- With the sensitivity label integration enabled in the new Cloud Governance admin center for a tenant, there will be now a **Group/Team Sensitivity Label** section in the Create Group/Team service. You can select a sensitivity label to be applied to the group or team when configuring the service, or allow business users to select a sensitivity label in the request form.
- With the sensitivity label integration enabled in the new Cloud Governance admin center for a tenant, there will be now a **Site Collection Sensitivity Label** section in the Create Site Collection service. You can select a sensitivity label to be applied to the site collection when configuring the service, or allow business users to select a sensitivity label in the request form.
- In the classic Cloud Governance admin center, when the IT administrator configures a questionnaire, service, or profile, they can now choose a language for the questionnaire, service, or profile from **Español (Spanish)**, **中文** **(Chinese)**, **Português** **(Portuguese)**.
In the new Cloud Governance admin center, the IT administrator can now choose a language from español (España,alfabetización internacional), português (Brasil), or 中文(中国) for the Invite new guest user service.
Then, business users will be able to submit a request in Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese in Cloud Governance.
- Before Cloud Governance deletes a site collection, a locked site collection must be unlocked at first. When a site collection or a group team site is failed to be deleted by Cloud Governance, the site collection or the group team site will be locked again.
- In the workspace policy, the **Access request settings** now is a separate section, and the IT administrator can choose whether to enable and configure unique access request settings when they configure the workspace policy.
- An error may occur when the IT administrator edits a submitted request in the classic Cloud Governance end user interface. Therefore, when they edit the request, a pop-up window will appear claiming that it is recommend to edit the request in **My tasks** in the Cloud Governance Portal. Note that if the IT administrator who wants to edit the request is not an approver of the request, they must reassign the request to themselves before editing.
- When a user is added as the group/team owner by a change group/team settings request or a group/team renewal process, the user will be added as the group/team member as well.
When a user is removed from the group/team owner's group by a change group/team settings request or a group/team renewal process, the user will be removed from the member's group as well.
For a user who takes both the owner role and member role of the group/team, when the user is removed from the member's group by a change group/team settings request or a group/team renewal process, the group/team owner role will not be removed from the user.
- In a Create Site Collection service, Create Site service, or Create Library/List service, the IT administrator selects some permission levels to prevent business users from requesting to grant these permissions. Then, the selected permission levels will be hidden from business users in the request form.
- For a workspace that has already been deleted, archived, or locked in Microsoft 365, Cloud Governance will no longer generates an election task for the workspace.
- Microsoft does not support the server resource quota configuration anymore, therefore, in AvePoint Cloud Governance, when the IT administrator configures the site collection policy, the server resource quota is no longer configurable.
- Currently, requesters can no longer specify a role in the people picker fields when they fill in the request form in the Cloud Governance Portal.
- In the Cloud Governance Portal, MyHub Teams app, or MyHub Teams mobile app, users can now click the News and updates button on the upper-right corner to view the news and updates defined by the IT administrator to be shown to business users.
- In a hub in the Cloud Governance Portal, when business users view the governance details of a workspace on the **Additional information** page, there is now a **Services** section on the right displaying all the available Cloud Governance services. Business users can now click the Start a request button for a service or questionnaire to start a request via the service request form.
- If there is no workspace could be created or the **Workspace discovery** setting has been disabled by your administrator, for the MyHub app in Microsoft Teams, the **Create a workspace** button will not be displayed.
- In **Hub management**, you can now click a hub title to open the right pane displaying the hub details. At top of the right pane, you can click **Edit**, **Delete**, or **View workspaces** to manage the hub.
- For MyHub in the web portal, on the **Hub management** and **Tag management** pages, you can now click action buttons on the ribbon to manage hubs and tags.
- In a hub, you can now select workspaces and click the **Apply tags** button to apply tags to them.
- When business users submit a change group/team settings request in the Cloud Governance Portal to change settings of a group/team that is not managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance, and specify the **$Group/Team Owners or Community Admins** role in the people picker field, the user who takes the group/team owner role in Microsoft 365 will be retrieved.
- In the left navigation, each section (except for **Default hubs**) under **Hubs** can now display hubs in the alphabetic order.
- To distinguish from the app name MyHub, the terms **MyHub** and **my hubs** have been changed to **Hub** and **hubs**, respectively, on the interface.
- The instability issue of the Microsoft Graph API **IsFavorite** attribute has been resolved. For workspaces in hubs in the Cloud Governance Portal and MyHub Teams app, users can now add Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, or Yammer Communities to favorites or remove them from favorites.
