- In **Global System Settings** > **Language**, there are three new default system display languages that IT administrator can choose for business users: Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese. Note that only the AvePoint Cloud Governance Portal supports Spanish, Portuguese, and Chinese.
- When the IT administrator applies a policy to site collections in **Site Collection Report**, the IT administrator can now apply a policy to site collections even if the site collections have ongoing lifecycle management requests. If a site collection has an ongoing lifecycle management request, the IT administrator will be asked to confirm whether to cancel the request and continue the policy change action. If the IT administrator chooses to cancel the request and continue to apply policy, the request will be canceled automatically and the requester will receive a notification e-mail. AvePoint Cloud Governance will apply the policy to the site collection.
- In a group/team policy, the default Office 365 Group team site quota has been changed to follow Office 365’s native group team site quota allocation. If the IT administrator doesn’t allocate a storage quota in a group/team policy, the group team site quota will be set as 1024 GB.
- AvePoint Cloud Governance now will check the deactivated site collection contact's login name before generating the deactivated contact election task, to examine if it is the change of the Office 365 user's login name that triggers the election process. If a site collection contact’s login name has been changed, Cloud Governance now will synchronize the latest login name, and the election task will not be generated. If a site collection contact’s login name is not changed and the user is deactivated, the election task will be generated according to the defined election process.
- In the **Group Membership Renewal** section within Office 365 Group renewal tasks, there is now an **Access Type** column to display if a group member is an internal or external user.
- In the **All Tasks** and **All Requests** reports, there is now an **Object URL** column. It allows the IT administrator to view the URLs of the site collections, sites, libraries, lists, and group team sites involved in the tasks or requests. By default, the **Object URL** column is not displayed in the reports. The IT administrator can select to show this column in the reports.
- In permission reports within the following tasks, the **Account Type** column will now show **Guest** for an external user:
- Group/Team renewal tasks
- Group/Team site permission recertification tasks
- Site collection renewal tasks
- Site collection permission recertification tasks
- Change Permissions tasks
Additionally, the existing columns that show guest users' login names in permission reports now will show their e-mail addresses.
- There is now an **API Authentication Management** in **Settings**. It allows the IT administrator to configure an authentication profile for using AvePoint Cloud Governance APIs. A client ID and a client secret will be generated upon the provisioning of the profile, and the IT administrator can set a duration for the client secret in this profile.
