What’s New in the Modern Cloud Governance Admin Center?

- IT administrators can now manually import Power Automate flows and Power BI workspaces to AvePoint Cloud Governance. Once imported, these objects can be managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance. - Renewal profiles can now be configured for Power Automate flows to determine the schedule and governance details that must be confirmed when Power Automate flows go through the renewal process. - Renewal guidance profiles can now be configured and applied to the Microsoft 365 Group, team, and site collection renewal profiles to provide guidance for renewal task assignees. - Contact election profiles can now be configured for environments, Power Automate flows, and Power BI workspaces to define the automated contact election process. - When configuring the Microsoft 365 Group or site collection renewal profile, IT administrators can now configure separate approval processes for the lifecycle management actions. - When configuring the Power App renewal profile, IT administrators can now use stage profiles to define the task assignee and duration for each stage. - When configuring the Microsoft 365 Group or team renewal profile, IT administrators can now exclude specific permission levels from the renewal process. The permission levels will be not available for business users during permission renewal. - IT administrators can now configure the Change contact service in **Management** > **Dynamic services** for site collections, Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform environments, Power Automate flows, Power BI workspaces, and Viva Engage communities. Business users can request to change the primary and secondary contacts of the objects via this service. - IT administrators can now configure the Site collection lifecycle management service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**. Business users can request to delete, lock, or unlock a site collection via this service. - IT administrators can now configure the guest user lifecycle management service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**. Business users can request to delete, block, or unblock a guest user via this service. - IT administrators can now configure how to set the Exchange global address list setting for Create Microsoft 365 Group, Create distribution group, Create mail-enabled security group, Create team, and Create shared mailbox services in dynamic services. - The following switches/conditions are now supported for the Change ownership or membership service of Microsoft 365 Groups and Microsoft Teams in dynamic services: - Classification - Privacy - Sensitivity label - IT administrators can now view the contact election process details of a workspace in the timeline when viewing the workspace report.

What’s New in the Classic Cloud Governance Admin Center?

- The **Primary Site Contact Email Address** and **Secondary Site Contact Email** Address can now be reported in the Site Report.

What’s New in the End User Portal?

- Business users can now renew Power Automate flows and update the flow contact, membership, and metadata if they are the task assignee for the renewal tasks.

General Updates

- As **Yammer** has been renamed to **Viva Engage**, the related terms, descriptions, and logos in AvePoint Cloud Governance have been updated. - When **$Private channel owner** or **$Shared channel owner** are selected as channel renewal task assignees, if there are no channel owners when generating the renewal tasks, the renewal tasks can now be assigned to the channel members. When there are no channel owners or members, the renewal tasks will be assigned to team contacts or team owners who are responsible for the team renewal tasks.
