What’s New in the Modern Cloud Governance Admin Center?

- Dynamic Service Updates:

	- **Change resource mailbox permission** service – Business users can now request changes to resource mailbox permissions, including the read and manage (full access) delegates, send as delegates, and send on behalf delegates.

	- The display name and description of dynamic services can now be configured in multiple languages, allowing business users to filter services in their preferred language.

	- The **Change Metadata** service now supports setting mandatory metadata.

	- IT administrators can now choose whether to display the Microsoft Team link on the request or task details page when the **Convert Microsoft 365 Group to team** service scope is inherited from a previous **Create Microsoft 365 Group** service.

	- The **Like** and **Not like** conditions can now be used to define different approval processes.

- Viva Engage Communities Profile Updates:

	- Renewal profiles can now be configured to determine the schedule and governance details for community renewals.

	- Contact election profiles can now be configured to define the automated contact election process.

	- External sharing profiles can now be configured to enable unique guest access or external sharing settings for communities and community sites.

	- Storage management profiles can now be configured to allocate storage and set the storage thresholds for community sites.

	- Profiles for Viva Engage communities can now be applied in **Directory** > **Workspace report**.

- When configuring contact election profiles for Microsoft 365 Groups, site collections, teams, and Viva Engage communities, IT administrators can now assign a secondary contact when a single contact is deactivated and the election task is overdue.

- When configuring automatic import profiles for Microsoft 365 Groups, site collections, and teams, IT administrators can now assign primary and secondary contacts for an overdue import process.

- Sensitivity label renewal can now be configured in renewal profiles for teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, site collections, and communities. The sensitivity label chosen in the renewal process will determine what external sharing and privacy settings are applied to the workspace based on the chosen label settings.

- When configuring site collection renewal profiles, IT administrators can now allow the renewal task assignee to lock a site during the renewal process.

- When configuring Microsoft 365 Group renewal profiles, IT administrators can now allow the renewal task assignee to limit access to a group during the renewal process.

- Reminder profiles can now be configured in **Management** > **Profiles & templates** to send notification emails to task assignees before tasks expire.

- Storage management profiles for teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, site collections, and Viva Engage communities can now be configured to send separate notifications for up to 5 storage thresholds.

- IT administrators can now allow business users to specify only one metadata value for **Person or group** metadata.

- The destination of email notification links can now be configured in **System settings** > **Email link destination** to redirect business users to either the MyHub Teams app or MyHub web portal.

- IT administrators can now configure to send one notification email in recipients’ preferred languages in **System settings** > **Email settings**.

- The requester can now be inserted as a reference in email templates of the **Object ownership notification** type.

- smtp.office365.com can no longer be used as the email sender in **System settings** > **Email settings**.

- **Private Preview**: In **System settings** > **MyHub** **navigation menu management**, IT administrators can now define and allow end users to customize quick links on the MyHub (preview) navigation menu.

What’s New in the End User Portal?

- **Private Preview**: Updates to MyHub (preview) include:

	- Business users can now view and access the organization’s quick links on the MyHub (Preview) navigation menu and can customize their quick links if it is allowed by their organizations.

	- All task types and dynamic services are now available in MyHub (preview).

	- Dynamic service requests are now responsive on mobile devices.

- The renewal experience for Viva Engage communities has been enhanced. The community renewal scope has now been extended to include the sensitivity label and site admin renewal.
