What’s new in the new Cloud Governance admin center?

- There is now a **Request report** that lists all service requests manually submitted by users and corresponding request information. IT administrators can easily manage one or more requests in the report. For example, they can approve or reject requests in batch, retry an error task, or change the task assignee. - When IT administrators choose columns in the **Request report**, all metadata of workspaces created via Cloud Governance service requests will be available to be selected and shown as columns. - When IT administrators choose to **Select all filtered requests** in the **Request report**, the following actions are now available to be performed on requests: - **Delete request** - **Mail all current assignees** - When configuring a report permission group and assigning report permissions to the group, IT administrators can now assign permissions of the **Request report** and select corresponding allowed actions in the report. - IT administrators can now create and manage the metadata that is available to be selected in services, profiles, or other configurations in **Management** > **Profiles & templates** > **Metadata**. The metadata can be applied to workspaces or guest users managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance to store information. - When IT administrators define the values to be filtered in the **Workspace report** > **Sort and filter**, they can now enter multiple values and separate each value by a semicolon. - When viewing the workspace timeline in the **Workspace report**, for a completed specify contact process, IT administrators can now view the change contact details in the **Specify contact details** panel. - When IT administrators choose to **Select all filtered workspaces** in the **Workspace report**, the following actions are now available to be performed on workspaces: - **Renewal** > **Restart renewal** - **Renewal** > **Auto-complete** - **Renewal** > **Reassign** - **Contact** > **Mail contacts** - **Contact** > **Specify contacts** - In **Settings** > **System settings** > **Welcome email**, IT administrators can now enable a predefined welcome email sent from AvePoint Cloud Governance to users when they are newly added to Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, or Yammer communities. - When configuring the **Message body** of an email template in **Management** > **Profiles & templates** > **Email templates**, IT administrators can now click the View HTML (![The icon of the View HTML button.](/en/cloud-governance-release-notes/new-features-and-improvements-from-previous-versions/images/image2.png "The icon of the View HTML button.")) button to view and edit the email message body in the **View HTML** window. When customizing the email signature in **Settings** > **Email settings** > **Signature and footer**, IT administrators can now click the View HTML (![The icon of the View HTML button.](/en/cloud-governance-release-notes/new-features-and-improvements-from-previous-versions/images/image3.png "The icon of the View HTML button.")) button to view and edit the email signature in the **View HTML** window. - Administrators can now go to **Hub settings** > **Hub display management** to configure which built-in hubs (including **All workspaces**, **Favorite workspaces**, **Recent workspaces**, and **My workspaces**) will be shown to end users, and configure a built-in hub or shared hub as the default hub that will be shown to end users when they access Hubs. In the Cloud Governance portal, end users can set an existing hub as the default hub on the portal interface or create a hub as the default hub. The default hub set in the Cloud Governance portal will overwrite the default hub set in the new Cloud Governance admin center. - In **Hub settings** > **Workspace discovery**, administrators can now separately manage workspace discovery for Microsoft 365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, and Yammer Communities. With the discovery of any workspace types enabled, administrators can choose whether to **Only allow users to see workspaces that they are a member or owner of in hubs**. If administrators disable discovery for Microsoft 365 Groups/Microsoft Teams/Yammer Communities, users will not be able to see groups/teams/communities in Hubs. - After administrators re-authorize the app in **Hub settings** > **App profile management** to add the Microsoft Graph API delegated permissions **TeamMember.ReadWrite.All** and **User.Invite.All**, end users in the Cloud Governance portal > **Hubs** can now add new guests to the Microsoft Teams that they are an owner of.

What’s new in the classic Cloud Governance admin center?

- In the Change Group/Team Settings service > **Allow Requests for Archived Teams**, IT administrators can now choose whether to **Allow change team settings requests for archived teams**. With the option selected, business users are allowed to submit requests to change settings of archived teams managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance. If not selected, business users cannot submit change team settings requests against archived teams managed by Cloud Governance. - When configuring the **Renewal Option** > **Permission renewal** in a workspace renewal profile, IT administrators can now choose whether to **Allow the renewal task assignee to add users to SharePoint groups**. - AvePoint Cloud Governance provides modern APIs, and users can integrate ServiceNow with AvePoint Cloud Governance by invoking modern APIs. With AvePoint Cloud Governance modern APIs, users can now submit requests within ServiceNow for the following service types: - Create team - Change team settings - In Create Site Collection or Create Site service requests, all spaces in a site collection URL or site URL automatically fulfilled in the request will be trimmed. - In **System** > **AvePoint Cloud Governance Terminology Management**, IT administrators can now select Spanish or Portuguese for the terminology mapping they are about to create by selecting the following languages: - **español** **(Espada,alfabetización** **internacional)** - **português** **(Brasil)** - When configuring the **Group Team Site Design** in a Create Group/Team service or the **Team site (no Microsoft 365 Group) Design** in a Create Site Collection service, site templates in the **Team site (with group creation disabled)** type are currently available to be retrieved and selected.

What’s new in the Cloud Governance Portal?

- When renewal task assignees renew the SharePoint permissions of a workspace, they can now view the detailed risk information of an object’s risk level.
