    - In a Create Group/Team service, the IT administrator can now select an Azure Active Directory Property metadata that gets properties from the **$Requester** variable role to construct Office 365 Group/Microsoft Team names or IDs. The Azure Active Directory Property metadata must be added to the service. - Business users can now use Manage Permissions service requests to manage permissions of folders, documents, and items. - The IT administrator now has the option to **Notify** **all previous approvers when the request is rejected** when configuring an approval process. - The IT administrator now has the option to **Notify the approver and requester when the request is canceled** when configuring an approval process. - The IT administrator can now set a custom link for the **No Service** end point of a questionnaire. When the requester’s questionnaire answers result in no service, the requester will be redirected to the custom page. - When enabling **Deactivated Site Collection Contact Election** in a site collection policy, the IT administrator can now choose to **Only generate the election task for the other contact if one contact account is deactivated.** When the secondary site collection contact is deactivated, AvePoint Cloud Governance only generates the election task for the primary site collection contact and the primary contact can select a user as the secondary contact. When the primary site collection contact is deactivated, AvePoint Cloud Governance only generates the election task for the secondary site collection contact. The secondary contact is set as the default user for the primary contact. The secondary contact can confirm to be the new primary contact and select another user as the new secondary contact. The secondary contact can also select another user as the new primary contact. - The IT administrator can now set a SharePoint library or folder as a report export location. - The IT administrator can now set an Office 365 group as a renewal task assignee. The renewal stage will complete once any single member of the group completes the task. - The IT administrator can now set an Office 365 group or mail-enabled security group as the administrator contact of a renewal process. - There are now **Global System Settings**. The IT administrator can set the default display language and time zone for business users who have not initialized AvePoint Cloud Governance. After business users log into AvePoint Cloud Governance, they can change the display language and time zone in their personal settings. - The IT administrator can now set the **Preferred End User Interface** option in **Settings**. The IT administrator can choose whether to direct end users to the AvePoint Cloud Governance Portal when they start requests in the Cloud Governance Panel/Site Information Card app part, when they click links in e-mail notifications sent by AvePoint Cloud Governance, or when they click the **AvePoint Cloud Governance** link in the Quick Launch of the site that has the AvePoint Cloud Governance App added.
