    - The following features are now available in the new Cloud Governance admin center: - The IT administrator can now configure a people picker filter profile in the **Profiles** > **People picker filter profiles**, and the profile can be selected in the Create Group/Team service, Change Group/Team Settings service, Manage Permissions service, site collection renewal profile, and group/team renewal profile. The filters in the people picker filter profile will be used to limit users or groups that can be specified in the requests and renewal tasks. - There is now a new **Last renewal time** column that the IT administrator can select to show in the **Workspace report**. - The IT administrator can now archive site collections, archive teams, and restore teams in the **Workspace report**. - There is now a **Job monitor** to provide records of the following jobs initiated by the IT administrator in the new Cloud Governance admin center: - Archive site collection jobs - Archive team jobs - Restore team jobs - Export service template jobs - Import service template jobs - When configuring the guest user renewal profile, the IT administrator can now configure a **Message to renewal task assignee**. The message will be shown to the renewal task assignee asking whether they are the correct person to renew the guest user. - When configuring the Manage Permissions service > **Permissions to Exclude**, the IT administrator can now choose to exclude the **Limited Access** permission level. Then, when business users request to manage permissions using this service, they cannot add an owner or members to SharePoint groups that have the Limited Access permission to the SharePoint site. - When configuring the Manage Permissions service > **Permission Management** **Options**, if the IT administrator allows business users to grant temporary permissions, they can now choose to **Allow requesters to assign the site collection administrator role**. With this option enabled, requesters can assign the site collection administrator role to users when they grant permissions in the request form. - For Global Microsoft 365 and Microsoft 365 GCC, AvePoint Cloud Governance can now use the last access time of a site collection and the site collection’s subsites to determine whether the site collection reaches the inactivity threshold. - The IT administrator can now choose to **Manually specify each renewal task generation** **time** when they configure the renewal schedule in the following renewal profiles: - Site collection renewal profile - Microsoft 365 Group/Microsoft Team renewal profile - Yammer community renewal profile - When the IT administrator configures the **Duration and Escalation** settings in the site collection renewal profile, Microsoft 365 Group/Team renewal profile, and Yammer community renewal profile, they can now choose to **Enable reminder before the renewal task is overdue**. With the option selected, a notification e-mail will be sent to the renewal task assignee before the renewal task is overdue. - When configuring the **E-mail settings**, the IT administrator can now choose to **Send a** **single e-mail to all recipients** if they want all recipients of a notification e-mail to receive one e-mail. When an e-mail is sent to multiple users or a group (Microsoft 365 Group, mail-enabled security group, or distribution list), the display language of the e-mail will follow the default language of the e-mail template. - When configuring the Change Group/Team Settings service > **Group/Team Scope**, the IT administrator can now choose to **Limit the group/team whose settings can be changed** by selecting a people picker filter profile. Then, when a business user submits a request using this service, the group or team whose settings they can request to change will be limited by the filter conditions of the selected profile. - When configuring the e-mail template and enabling a language for the e-mail template, the IT administrator can now send a test e-mail to a specified e-mail address. All data contained in the test e-mail is sample data. - The AvePoint Cloud Governance connector has been published in Microsoft Power Automate now, and it is available in the commercial and GCC versions of Power Automate. The connector provides integration of Cloud Governance functions through Power Automate. When configuring the workflows in Power Automate, the IT administrator can add Cloud Governance triggers and actions to the workflow to automate their business processes. AvePoint Cloud Governance also provides several templates with predefined workflows, and each template contains specific triggers and actions. Apart from Cloud Governance triggers or actions, the templates also contain the triggers or actions of other connectors, such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. - The MyHub Teams app has been updated to version 1.0.8. - The following features are now available in the Cloud Governance Portal and MyHub Teams app when MyHub functionality is enabled: - If Cloud Governance metadata is applied to workspaces, the metadata will be displayed as organizational tags in hubs. Users can now view the organizational tags of workspaces in hubs. - Optimized the SharePoint site synchronization time in hubs. The sites created in SharePoint and site information changes in SharePoint can now be synchronized to workspace hubs within ten minutes. - If the workspace provisioning method is **Native Microsoft 365**, users can create workspaces in hubs or MyHub Teams app and no approval is required. Users will receive notifications from the notification center or chat bot when workspaces are successfully created. Users can now click the workspace name in the notification message to go directly to the **Overview** page of the workspace. - The list view of workspaces has been improved to provide a better user experience in hubs. - In the MyHub Teams app, you can now click the Navigation menu (![Icon: The Navigation menu button.](/en/cloud-governance-release-notes/new-features-and-improvements-from-previous-versions/images/image4.png "Icon: The Navigation menu button.")) button to navigate to a different workspace hub. - In any hub in the Cloud Governance Portal, there is now an Advanced options (![Icon: Advanced options](/en/cloud-governance-release-notes/new-features-and-improvements-from-previous-versions/images/image5.png "Icon: Advanced options")) button next to the hub name. The options allow you to create workspaces and manage hubs. - In any hub in the MyHub Teams app, there is now an Advanced options (![Icon: The Advanced options.](/en/cloud-governance-release-notes/new-features-and-improvements-from-previous-versions/images/image6.png "Icon: The Advanced options.")) button next to the hub name. The options allow you to manage hubs. - When viewing the channels of a team in a hub, you can now view the channel type and description. - The workspace resource links have been improved to be more productive. - Optimized the performance of loading SharePoint site information on the **Overview** page.
