What’s New in the Modern Cloud Governance Admin Center?
- The following new dynamic services and updates are now available under **Management** > **Dynamic services**.
- The **Change metadata** service now supports all Power Platform objects (added support for Power Automate flows, Power BI workspaces, and environments).
- The **Change team settings** service can now inherit the scope from the **Convert** **Microsoft 365 Group** **to team** service.
- When configuring the **Create site collection** service, IT administrators can now choose whether to send a welcome email to new users and groups.
- Team archiving profiles can now be configured in **Management** > **Profiles & templates**.
- A **Request source** column is now available on the **Request report** page to show the source of the requests.
- IT administrators can now manage disabled/suspended Power Automate flows through manual/automatic import, renewal, escalation, contact election, or dynamic services.
- IT administrators can now manage model-driven Power Apps through manual/automatic import, renewal, escalation, contact election, or dynamic services.
- IT administrators can now choose to enable team membership and team site permission changes before team archiving for lifecycle management actions when configuring the **Team lifecycle management** service and team renewal profile.
- Multiple signatures can now be configured and applied to different email templates in **System settings** > **Email settings**.
- IT administrators can now customize the salutation content using the rich text editor while configuring the email salutation in **System settings** > **Email settings**.
- AvePoint Cloud Governance now offers enhanced customer support through the integration of the AVA chatbot. If you have any product-related inquiries, the chatbot is readily available to assist you.
- Site collections from all locations of SharePoint admin center URLs can now be synchronized to MyHub, provided that your tenant has the **Multi-Geo Capabilities in Microsoft 365** service plan.
What’s New in the End User Portal?
- AvePoint Cloud Governance Portal has expanded its language support to include Dutch.
- The landing page of renewal and confirm governance details tasks has been improved for an enhanced user experience.
General Updates
- **Private Preview**: MyHub (preview) is now available and is designed to improve user productivity by integrating additional AvePoint capabilities for end users. Contact your AvePoint representative to inquire about the preview.
MyHub (preview) highlights include:
- A new **Dashboard** page provides a summary of upcoming tasks, recent document activity, and a snapshot of the end user’s day.
- The new **Tasks & to-dos** page consolidates various types of tasks from Microsoft To Do, Opus, and Cloud Governance into a single experience where end users can view, filter, and take action.
- The new **Spaces** page combines the existing workspace report and hubs functionality into a single-entry point for end users to see and manage their objects.
- Improved renewal and service requests processes reduce the number of clicks, provide progress tracking and guidance, and allow end users to start requests from different places.
- The MyHub Teams app, available for the commercial production environment, has been upgraded to version 1.1.0. The new version includes the following enhancements:
- Expanded language support to include Korean and Dutch.
- Availability in Outlook and Microsoft 365 home apps.
- Integration with Copilot for Microsoft 365, enabling users to leverage Copilot for Microsoft 365 to find relevant information about their workspaces.
Additionally, the updated version of the MyHub Teams app for the US Government production environment has been submitted to Microsoft for approval. Once the update is live in the Teams app store, these functionalities will also be available in the US Government version of the MyHub Teams app.
