What’s New in the New Cloud Governance Admin Center?

- IT administrators can now manually import site collections, teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, distribution groups, security groups, mail-enabled security groups, shared mailboxes, Power Apps, and environments to AvePoint Cloud Governance. Once imported, these objects can be managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance.

- When configuring a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now add a Change contact service and configure the corresponding settings for the service. Business users can request to change the primary and secondary contacts of distribution groups, security groups, or mail-enabled security groups, or shared mailboxes via this service.

- When configuring a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now add a Change ownership or membership service and configure the corresponding settings for the service. Business users can request to change the owners or members of a distribution group, security group, mail-enabled security group, Microsoft 365 Group, or Microsoft Team via this service.

- When configuring a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now add a Change team settings service and configure the corresponding settings for the service. Business users can request to change the team name, description, privacy, classification, guest permissions, member permissions, sensitivity label, fun stuff, Exchange global address list, @Mentions, and Outlook experience settings via this service.

- When configuring a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now add a Change shared mailbox permission service and configure the corresponding settings for the service. Business users can request to change the members, send as delegates, and send on behalf delegates of shared mailboxes via this service.

- When configuring a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now add a Shared mailbox lifecycle management service and configure the corresponding settings for the service. Business users can request to delete a shared mailbox via this service.

- When configuring a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now add a Microsoft 365 Group lifecycle management service and configure the corresponding settings for the service. Business users can request to delete a Microsoft 365 Group via this service.

- When configuring a Create Microsoft 365 Group service in the dynamic service, IT administrators can now define the administrative unit for the service. This setting allows users to create Microsoft 365 Groups using a custom app profile without granting the **Group.ReadWrite.All** permission.

- When configuring the team ID setting for a Create Team service in the dynamic service, IT administrators can now set the domain scope for the team ID and select to hide the team ID field from business users.

- When configuring a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, IT administrators can now add **Notes to requester** as a control for the dynamic flow. With this setting configured, IT administrators can customize a message that will be displayed to the requester on request forms.

- The **Category** column is now displayed on the **Services** and **Dynamic services** page to show the service category.

- Escalation profiles and renewal profiles can now be configured for Power Platform environments.

- IT administrators can now configure the generic approval processes or new user approval processes that can be leveraged in requests and processes.

- The **Metadata description display settings** card is now available on the **System** **settings** page. IT administrators can configure the metadata description display method, either to be displayed via tooltip or directly on request forms, using the setting.

- The automatic management for shared mailbox contact membership has now been supported. IT administrators can now configure the contact membership settings for each object separately in **System settings** > **Contact membership**.

- When IT administrators configure the Azure Active Directory property metadata, they can now specify an attribute for the **onPremisesExtensionAttributes** property to get the value.

- AvePoint Cloud Governance now supports the **BentonSans** **Regular** font for emails. IT administrators can select this font when they configure email templates.

What’s New in the End User Portal?

- In **Workspaces**, business users can now view and manage the Power Platform environments they own or they are responsible for.

- Business users can now renew the Power Platform environments and update the environment contact, access, and metadata if they are the task assignee of the renewal task.

- Business users can now delete a site collection during the renewal process even if the site collection has ongoing lifecycle management requests.

General Update

- By clicking the Cloud Governance tile in AvePoint Online Services, IT administrators are now directed to the new Cloud Governance admin center.

Power Automate Update

- AvePoint Cloud Governance connector in Power Automate now supports the following actions:

	- **Get Microsoft 365 external sharing domain list**

	- **Update site collection title in Update Microsoft 365 Settings**
