What’s new in the new Cloud Governance admin center?

An automated escalation profile determines how to manage a site collection when the site collection management task, such as the site collection contact election task or site collection renewal task, is not completed within the specified time. - In **Management** > **Workspace report**, IT administrators can now choose to **Apply profile** for site collections, and then apply an external sharing profile, storage management profile, contact election profile, and/or renewal profile to site collections. - In **Management** > **Workspace report**, IT administrators can now apply new profiles for all existing teams managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance. - IT administrators can now configure Power App automatic import profiles in **Management** > **Profiles & templates** > **Automatic import profiles**. A renewal profile determines the schedule and governance details that must be confirmed when a Power App goes through the renewal process. - When configuring a team external sharing profile in **Management** > **Profiles & templates** > **External sharing profiles** in the new Cloud Governance admin center, if IT administrators choose to **Set unique access request settings for the group team site** and **Allow access requests** > **Send access requests to an email address**, they can now enter the **$Primary contact** and **$Secondary contact** role. - To make sure all Power Apps related features in AvePoint Cloud Governance are available, your organization must have the following subscriptions: - A subscription to the Power Platform management in AvePoint Entrust. - A subscription to the Power Apps management in AvePoint Cloud Governance. - In a dynamic service in **Management** > **Dynamic services**, when configuring the flows for the **Condition** or **Switch**, there is now an **Endpoint** available to add.
