What’s New in the Modern Cloud Governance Admin Center?

- IT administrators can now manually import Microsoft 365 users to AvePoint Cloud Governance. Once imported, these users can be managed by AvePoint Cloud Governance. - Stage profiles are now available for Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and site collections renewal profiles. - The following dynamic service updates are now available under **Management** > **Dynamic services**. - Change Microsoft 365 Group profiles service. Business users can request to change the group contact election profile, external sharing profile, renewal profile, and storage management profile via this service. - Change Microsoft 365 user settings service. Business users can request to change the Microsoft 365 user's display name and primary email address via this service. - Manage permissions service. Business users can request to grant permissions, manage SharePoint groups, and manage existing permissions of SharePoint objects via this service. - When configuring the Create site collection service, IT administrators can now choose whether to **Add primary administrator to the site collection** **owners** **group**. If selected, the specified primary administrator will be added to the site collection owners group by default. - When configuring the Create distribution group service, mail-enabled security groups can now be defined as the **Send as** delegates for distribution groups; distribution groups and mail-enabled security groups can now be defined as the **Send on behalf** delegates for distribution groups. - A Change site settings service can now inherit from a previously added Create site collection service in the flow. - User metadata is now supported in object metadata which can now be configured as approvers for the Change Microsoft 365 user settings and Manage Microsoft 365 licenses services. - When enabling group filters and configuring the conditions to limit groups in the people picker filter profile, IT administrators can now enter **Everyone except external users** for blocking specific groups. - When configuring the group filters in people picker filter profiles, IT administrators can now define the following filter conditions to limit groups and specify groups or values for each filter condition: **Allow specific groups**, **Block** **specific groups**, **Name starts with**, and **Email starts with**. - IT administrators can now enable the Microsoft 365 tenant filters for contacts in the people picker profile. Business users can configure users from the defined tenants as contacts for teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, site collections, or guest users in requests or tasks. - In the **Guest user report**, IT administrators can now filter guest users whose primary contacts or secondary contacts are inactive using the **Inactive primary contact** or **Inactive secondary contact** filter. - The status set of requests with sub requests has been optimized in **Request Report**. - When configuring the **New** **task** and **Renewal assignment** email templates, IT administrators can now insert metadata to the email subject and message body. IT administrators can now also insert **Primary contact** and **Secondary contact** as references to the email templates. - The **Viva Engage community URL** reference is now supported in the **Welcome email** and **Object ownership notification** email templates. - In **System settings** > **Report data retention management**, IT administrators can now configure the retention period for report data displayed in the workspace management timeline, request timeline, **Requests** and **My tasks**.

- AvePoint Cloud Governance is now available in the **Korea** **Central (Seoul)** data center and supports the Korean language.
