    - For e-mail templates that have the **New Task E-mail Template** type, IT administrators can now add **Approve** and **Reject** references into the message body, so that task assignees can handle tasks in e-mail notifications. For the **Built-in Administrator Error Task E-mail Template**, the IT administrator can now add **Retry** and **Skip** references into the message body, so that the administrator contact can handle error tasks in e-mail notifications. - The **Blocked E-mail Notification** report can now include the following additional e-mail notifications: site collection renewal notification and Office 365 Group/Microsoft Team renewal notification. - The sender e-mail address of AvePoint Cloud Governance e-mail notifications has been changed from GAOnline@avepoint.com to noreply@avepointonlineservices.com. - IT administrators can now configure **Report View Settings** to set report views for users who have not customized views in the following reports: **Public Site Collection Directory**, **My Sites**, and **My Teams and Groups**. - In **Site Collection Report** and **Public Site Collection Directory**, there are now tooltips for the primary site collection contact, secondary site collection contact, primary site collection administrator, secondary site collection administrator, additional site collection administrators, and metadata with the type of Person or Group. The tooltips show e-mail addresses of these users. When the report is exported, there are additional columns to show the users' e-mail addresses. - In a Change Permissions service, IT administrators can now choose whether to **Exclude specified permission levels from the permission review task**. - The following services now have the new condition **SharePoint Permission Levels** in **Service Permissions**: Create Site Service, Change Site Collection Contact or Administrator Service, Change Site Collection Settings Service, Change Site Contact Service, Change Site Settings Service, Site Collection Lifecycle Management Service, and Site Lifecycle Management Service. The IT administrator can now limit requesters to submit requests for these services according to their permissions to the request scope. - In a Create Group/Team service, the IT administrator can now choose to create Office 365 Groups or Microsoft Teams. When the service is created for team provisioning, there is an additional page for team settings, including **Team Member Permissions**, **Guest** **Permissions**, **@Mentions**, and **Fun Stuff**.
